Biography
Dr. Bailey has been in army intelligence, has been a university professor, a corporate executive, an investment banker and an economic consultant. He served stints on the staff of the National Security Council and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. He speaks five languages, has published five books and countless articles, has two honorary degrees, two orders of knighthood and various medals and decorations. He is a graduate of Oberlin College and Columbia University (M.I.A. and Ph.D.). He is also the Chairman of Global Resources & Solutions, LLC, President of the Institute for Global Economic Growth and Adjunct Professor of Economic Statecraft, The Institute of World Politics.
