We recognize that there are some people without extra funds who will make a great contribution to the advancement of America's national security in the years to come. We are grateful to the
Michael Cherney Foundation whose
generosity has enabled us to provide scholarships that are intended for undergraduate or graduate students and others
with some kind of financial aid requirement. All are welcome to apply and will be accepted on a space available basis.

few paragraphs about yourself, what you can bring to the Summit, and why you would need the financial assistance to attend
our conference.
The deadline for scholarship applications is February 26, 2007.
