Speaker Guidelines at The Intelligence Summit
LENGTH AND STRUCTURE OF SESSION:
Each Intelligence Summit session usually lasts 45 minutes: joint speakers, or panellists, are asked to speak for 10-15 minutes.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
Both opening statement and discussion are not for attribution, unless specified otherwise. The resulting confidentiality ensures a frank and free exchange of views.

PRESENTATION:
Intelligence Summit does not require speakers to prepare a formal written paper. However, each speaker is asked to provide Intelligence Summit staff, well before the conference, with a name and abstract of his or her presentation to be posted on speaker's page on The Intelligence Summit website. Speakers are free to adapt their presentation to the actual circumstances in the conference.

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY:
Speakers are requested to supply a biography and a digital photograph (at least 130px wide) well before the conference to be posted on speaker's page on The Intelligence Summit website.

VISUAL MATERIAL:
If speakers require the use of visual materials to support presentations, they should inform Intelligence Summit staff, well before the conference, which equipment is needed (laptop, computer projector - PowerPoint, overhead projector - slides.)
